Installation
When pressing the DOWNLOAD button, the website will start writing the necessary files
and archive them into a .zip file. Depending on how many mods you've chosen, it may take
half a minute or more for the files to be archived.
Once the .zip file has been archived and downloaded, all you have to do is extract it's
content into the game folder. That is the JPOG folder found on your system, by default, here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Universal Interactive\Blue Tongue Software\Jurassic Park Operation Genesis
When working with mods, whether it be from the ModGen or not, it is adviced that you
make a backup copy of the JPOG folder.

Your opinion is important to the future development of the project, and if you have any
suggestions, bug-reports, complaints, concerns or even praise, I urge you to contact the
community and me on the forums of
Jurassic Park Legacy or
Modding Genesis.
As I want to please a majority of players, your thoughts will help shape the project in the future.
About the project
The Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis - Modification Generator, or JPOG:ModGen for short,
is a personal project I have been working on since early 2013, but have been wanting to
do for several years. I work with it for both my own amusement and learning, but also
to help the community of one of my favorite video games. While the ModGen will make
installing several mods at a time easier, I also hope it will help gather mods in one
place and help avoid dead links for mod and skins.
I should note that I myself am not much of a modder, I simply put everything together
on the website. While I do possess some knowledge of modding, I am by no means an
expert, and should not be regarded as one.
Another thing to note is that I, currently, am the only person working on the ModGen.
That means that what content is limited to not only what content I am pemitted to use
or know how to integrate, but certainly also what mods that I know of, and which I
find suitable to add. This is why your suggestions are important, I don't know every
awesome mod out there.
The actual content (mods, skins, terrains ect) are the result of work by other
community members, often very creative people. These are the real experts.
Credit is given to the creators of every mod, skin and terrain I have on the site,
and I always ask permission before adding any skin og terrain.
